Catherine is a psychologist (clinical registrar) registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
She has clinical experience working with children, adults and older adults across diverse settings, including private practice, hospital, and community services. Catherine has supported clients experiencing a range of mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, phobias, grief, trauma, and interpersonal challenges.
Catherine takes a client-centred and compassionate approach to therapy, tailoring evidence-based interventions to meet each individual's unique needs and preferences. She draws upon a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to empower clients in navigating their mental health challenges and fostering meaningful change.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Catherine warmly welcomes clients who prefer to communicate in Mandarin and values the opportunity to provide culturally sensitive and inclusive psychological support.
