Sleep Hygiene
Sleep, we all know it's important but with life's ups & downs sometimes a good night sleep easily escapes us. In this video Dr James Collard, Clinical Psychologist discusses sleep and unpacks why we may not be getting a restful night sleep. More importantly, Dr Collard provides ways to improve sleep hygiene, these include but are not limited to; setting up your environment so its conducive to a good night sleep, exercising during the day, having downtime before bed time (yes that means switching off screens well before bed), setting a designated worry time, and having a set routine.
